I got my start in real estate in 2007, shortly after moving to the Canyon Lake area. Before that, I’d gone through a less-than-great experience buying a home in Austin. It opened my eyes to just how overwhelming and impersonal the process can feel when you don’t have the right support. That experience stuck with me. When I moved, I saw an opportunity—not just to start fresh, but to help others have a better experience than I did. That’s what motivated me to get into real estate: to offer a more thoughtful, responsive approach that puts people first.
My favorite part of working in real estate is combining strategy with service. I take pride in writing solid, protective contracts and truly understanding every phase of a transaction from start to finish. In addition to being a full-time agent, I’m also a transaction coordinator and have successfully helped close over 1,500 deals in the last 10 years. That depth of experience allows me to guide clients with confidence and help fellow agents streamline their business. Whether it's negotiating a strong offer or supporting others behind the scenes, I love being the person people can count on to get it done right.
If there’s one thing I always tell buyers and sellers, it’s this: be prepared, and make sure you’ve got someone in your corner who knows the ins and outs. There’s a lot more to a smooth real estate deal than most people realize—timing, paperwork, little details that can turn into big issues if they’re missed. Having the right person guiding you through it can save you stress, money, and surprises down the line.
